Super Granny Nanny Weekend

I got the joy of going to watch the kids in Logan last weekend. We did the Flat Stanley thing, went bowling, played soccer with Uncle Cracker and Aunt Chalet, made cookies and had a great weekend.
Tanner has quite a bowling wind-up.
Maxxy listening to Enchanted in the party car.
My Tay always has a smile for me.

Hey Vicki,
Shelley here, from Wonderfully Wordy. You know what? I had a problem the first couple times I put vinyl on scrap book paper too. I realized, that the sticky white part of the paper was pulling off the top layer of the scrap book paper. So what I started to do was... When I go to apply the lettering onto the paper, I'm careful to JUST rub where the letters are... and not to rub too much on the other white sticky paper, that I'm going to peel off. Does that make sense? Only, because the vinyl will stick REALLY well on the paper, it doesn't need that much pressure. So if you rub the sticker transfer tape TOO hard onto the scrap book paper, it WILL pull up that first paper layer. Also, Applying the vinyl lettering... BEFORE using glue or anything, helps too. Sometimes when you glue paper down onto other paper, it gets kind of soft and pliable, and then if you try to apply vinyl onto that kind of surface, it is more likely to peel the paper too.
I hope that helps.
